Our story
NAMA Technologies was born from a simple vision: to turn ideas into innovative digital solutions. Built on creativity, technology and a commitment to excellence, our brand represents a future where businesses can work smarter, grow faster and achieve more through technology.
It started with two friends, Mohamud Mohamed Osman and Najeb Jama Saed, who kept seeing the same thing around them: good businesses and institutions held back by paper records, spreadsheets and tools that did not fit how they really work. We believed that well-built software, designed for local realities like M-Pesa, SMS and everyday phones, could change that.
Our first system was built for a university cafeteria in Kenya: point of sale, QR menu ordering and kitchen stores, used every day by real staff and customers. That project taught us what matters most: listen first, build for the people who will use it, and stay after launch.
Today, we aim to bridge the gap between ideas and possibilities, one solution at a time.

Co-founder
Mohamud co-founded NAMA Technologies to turn ideas into practical digital solutions. He works directly with clients to understand how their organisation really runs, then shapes the system that fits it, from point of sale and property management to complete business operating systems. For most clients, he is the first conversation.
Co-founder
Najeb co-founded NAMA Technologies with a focus on building systems people actually use. He drives the design, delivery and support of NAMA's projects, making sure every system is reliable, secure and simple for staff and customers on the phones they already have.
We are a Kenyan software and digital solutions company. We build practical systems for businesses and institutions: point of sale and inventory, institutional and education systems, websites, mobile apps, integrations and automation.
We work closely with the people who will use each system, design for the phones and connections they actually have, and support our clients after launch.
