ClassVoice: Student Feedback on Teaching

A NAMA product that lets university students rate their lecturers anonymously from their phones, with a teaching-quality report for management.

The challenge

Universities want honest feedback on teaching, but paper questionnaires are slow to compile and students worry about being identified.

Our approach

Students log in with their admission number and an SMS code and rate only the classes they are registered for. Answers are stored with no link to the student, and results appear only once a class has at least five responses.
